Jan Juc Surf Club

This is a double level building, built on sand. Requiring engineering knowledge for a strong structure to be held on top and to last with the compounding effects of the beach. Exposed slab concrete on top for the community room, with boat storage underneath. Including a amputheatre area for trophy events. It include break walls and structural columns to hold the second level of exposed aggregate concrete.
